Correct timing for drinking water -
this will maximize its effectiveness in our human body
- Two (2) glasses of water - After wake up - Help activate internal organs
- One (1) glass of water - 30 minutes before meal - Help digestion
- One (1) glass of water - Before taking a bath - Help lower blood pressure
- One (1) glass of water - Before sleep - To avoide stroke or heart attack.
