Drink Water correctly

Correct timing for drinking water - 
this will maximize its effectiveness in our human body
  1. Two (2) glasses of water - After wake up - Help activate internal organs
  2. One (1) glass of water - 30 minutes before meal - Help digestion
  3. One (1) glass of water - Before taking a bath - Help lower blood pressure
  4. One (1) glass of water - Before sleep - To avoide stroke or heart attack.
