Sad is some of my colleages have been retrench and leaving us next months.
The economic and jobs markets will be bad and more peoples will losts their jobs next years. Some have their pays cut, force to clear their leaves and even have to take unpaid leaves.
But life still need to go on, no matter good or bad.
Christmas is the festive of hope, let pray this economics down-turn will get over as soon as possibles.

ya, due to current global financial crisis, many firms are affected and start the cost- cutting measures, we, employees are at the mercy of the employers whether to leave or to stay....
hope those who were affected will be able to brace up and find a new job...
