办公室缓解颈椎不适三大妙招

Always have a neck pain,here are some excercise to relax it...


久坐办公室的人多半会有颈椎不适的感觉,河南省中医院骨病科郭会卿副教授介绍了简单的三招,在办公室的有限空间放松颈部。


1.颈臂较力一式:取站位或坐位,双手交叉紧抵枕后,头颈用劲后伸,双手则用劲阻之,颈臂持续用劲对抗片刻后放松还原,共做6~8次。

二式:取站位或坐位,两手于头后枕部相

握,两前臂紧夹两侧颞部,头颈用劲右转,同时右前臂用劲阻之,颈臂持续对抗片刻后放松还原,然后反方向操作,各做6~8次。

2.转身回首取站位,左前弓步,身体向右旋转,同时左掌向上尽量托天,右掌向下用劲拔伸,并回头看右手,还原后改为右前弓步,做相反方向的活动,左右交替进行,共做8~12次。

3.擦颈按摩取站位或坐位,双手轮流擦颈部各20~30次。
