五款治失眠食疗方

中医认为失眠主要是由于脏腑阴阳失调,气血不和引起的。因此,对失眠患者应着重调治脏腑及气血阴阳,如补益心肺、滋阴降火、疏肝养血、益气镇惊、化痰清热等。
治疗或改善失眠症状的食物有很多,但要根据体质情况进行选择,这样才能收到较好的效果。常用的食疗方有:
1.桂圆肉30克,西洋参6克,白糖少许,加水煲,适用于心悸、气短、健忘者的失眠症。
2.莲子、百合各30克,猪瘦肉200克,加水煲,适用于体质较弱者的失眠。
3.核桃仁6个,五味子3克,蜂蜜适量,捣成糊状服食,适用于肾虚耳鸣、盗汗、腰膝酸软者的失眠。
4.当归15克,枸杞子12克,羊肉100克,加水煲,适用于血虚失眠,特别是女性血虚者。
5.冬虫夏草6枚,甲鱼400克,加水煲,适用于各种虚症引起的失眠,对先天发育不良,体弱及老年患者的失眠更为适宜。

失眠真的很痛苦,还好我每晚都能睡得好,有时睡觉的时间都不够啊。。。嘻嘻

Yalor, if never sleep well, the next day working will be blurr blurr. That why to have a good sleep is very important , as our body and mind need to re-charge...hahaha Good night
